John C. “Jack” Morisey, III

Principal/Owner, Community Properties Inc.

Jack, a native of Raleigh, is driven by the idea that his work is not just about physically developing land into places where homes are built. It’s about creating community.

Jack is the business leader and a responsible steward of the Community Properties legacy through the professional management of risk and investments – a characteristic that is seeded in integrity, reputation, and stability. One of Jack’s core values is authentic and sincere relationships. This relational integrity pervades all aspects of Jack’s personal and business philosophy.

Jack is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Before joining Community Properties in 2003, Jack learned the many facets of The Triangle real estate market as a real estate sales broker and as a sales manager with Fonville Morisey Realty. Prior to beginning his real estate career, he was a banker with Wachovia Bank of North Carolina in Raleigh. He is now the sole principal/owner of Community Properties Inc.

Jack has served on the Board of Directors for the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors, the Board of Directors for the Triangle Community Coalition and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute. Jack is also an active member of his community and gives his time in a number of areas.
